Be assured that if your shipping can be done (via same carrier) for less, I will adjust your payment to reflect that. We are NOT responsible for lost, stolen or damaged orders once it leaves our shipping department. We can not control delays with customs. We can not control what happens to ANY order once it leaves our hands, but will do everything in our power to help located item. NO REFUNDS OR DUPLICATE ORDERS FOR LOST, DAMAGED/STOLEN ORDERS.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
REFUNDS / EXCHANGES -
- You may return an item for refund or replacement within 30 days of the shipment date.
- A 10% restock charge will be applied.
- An RGA# is required for ALL returns/exchanges. Please contact us @ 734-793-0727 prior to shipping any item back.
- ALL PARTS MUST BE IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- We are not responsible for misdirected returns, so we suggest insurance when returning a package.
- Any order paid by credit card will be credited back to that credit card. Any Paypal order will be credited to your paypal account.
